US Meg Cleaning Services began as the dream of a hardworking couple from Colombia.

After reuniting in Tampa, Florida, they rekindled their love, re-married, and decided to start fresh by launching a business together. What started as a small, family-owned operation, cleaning homes side by side, quickly grew thanks to their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail.

Some customers might think “MEG” is the owner’s name, it’s actually an acronym for Maria E. Garcia, one of the founders whose values of hard work and family pride shape every service.

Today, US Meg Cleaning Services offers a full range of professional residential cleaning options, from one-time deep cleans to regular maintenance, always treating your home with the care they would give their own.

Once confirmed, our team will arrive with supplies and equipment! To ensure the quality of our service, they will take photos before and after the cleaning.

Billing and pricing

What fees could I incur by cancelling or rescheduling? +

We only charge fees when we really need to. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment after 3:00 pm the day before your cleaning, we may charge a $40 last-minute change fee.

How do you determine my cleaning price? +

Your price depends on the size of your home, the number of pets you have and frequency. Please contact us for a free estimate.

Will my price change if I stop recurring cleaning services? +

When you book your first cleaning, you'll receive a standard rate. If you choose a recurring service, you can enjoy a discounted rate. However, if you pause the recurring service for more than two cleanings, the next booking may return to the standard price due to the loss of the discount.

How do you charge me? +

We charge all customers on the day of service, after the cleaning is finished.

Is tipping expected? +

Tipping is entirely optional, but very much appreciated by your cleaning team.

How do I book a cleaning appointment? +

You can book an appointment by calling us at (813) 709 6025, sending us a text, or through our instagram account.

What areas do you service? +

We service the Tampa area and its surrounding neighborhoods.

How do I stop my recurring services? +

You can stop whenever you like. Just send us an email to usmegcleaningservices@gmail.com or call us at (813) 709 6025.

How will I know when the cleaners are coming? +

We send ETA text messages, when we're on our way to your home.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment? +

No problem! You can reschedule by calling, sending a text or via email. Make sure to reschedule by 3:00 pm the day before your cleaning, to avoid a last-minute rescheduling fee.

Home access

Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment? +

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning appointment. We just need access to your home.

How do the maids enter my home? +

If you will not be home during the service. You can either be at home to let them in, hide a key somewhere, or give us a lockbox code to keep on file.

Your feedback

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? +

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will come back to make it right.

How can I leave feedback? +

You can leave your feedback after every single visit via our instagram account. If you ever need to provide additional feedback you can send us an email to usmegcleaningservices@gmail.com.

What if I'm not happy with my service? +

Your happiness matters to us. If you're not 100% satisfied with our services, we'll reach out to you, and find the way to make it right.

Our Cleaning Services

What services do you offer? +

We offer one-time residential cleaning, recurring cleaning through our monthly subscription, deep cleaning, closet organizing, full house window cleaning, and house decoration removal after holidays.

How many cleaners do you send for the service? +

One or two – depending on your home and your needs.

Do I need to provide supplies? +

Nope, we provide all of our own supplies and equipment, and we truly prefer to use our products to assure 100% our service. If you prefer we use your items, please let us know beforehand.

Can I request the same cleaners each visit? +

Yes! We will make every effort to have the same team clean your home each visit. However, there might be some exceptions due to illness, vacations or days off.

What type of cleaning products do you use? +

We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure the safety of your family and pets.

Will I have the same cleaning team every time? +

We always try to assign the same cleaning team to your home every time to ensure consistency and familiarity.

What won't US MegCleaning teams clean? +

For health reasons, our teams will not clean blood, feces, vomit, or urine from animals or humans.
